About Me

As a passionate personal trainer, my role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals through a tailored approach of regular fitness sessions. I will help make your health goals become a reality.


My next big challenge is an Ultra marathon in the heart of the Peak District: 50km with 5200ft of climbing: wish me luck! My passion is the outdoors! Running, triathlons & mountain biking are my favourites.
Not only will you feel better you will be part of the WorX Gymnasium fitness family. We recently completed the Buxton 5k together and I have their next challenge in the pipeline!

Weekly Classes

I work alongside Kerrie West at the WorX Gymnasium - if your wanting a full body workout I highly recommended her killer kettles on a Tuesday 7PM! Check out the full fitness timetable below.

Personal Training

1 Hour PT session - £20  5 x 1 Hour PT sessions - £75  Get Fit With Your Friends  2 friends - 5 x 1hour £45 p/p 3 friends - 5 x 1hour £35 p/p All personal training sessions will be held at the WorX Gymnasium.

Corporate Classes

I can bring all of your favourite workout classes to your office... so no excuses. Fitness sessions for all companies, both big and small, to reenergise and motivate their employees. get in contact to book your corporate session. 

Fitness Retreats

A 2 night all inclusive fitness retreat in the heart of the Peak District. Suitable for all fitness abilities. Only £349P/P

I am really enjoying my spinning classes with Holly. As a newbie to spinning I was a little unsure what to expect and worried I wouldn’t be as good as the other people in the class. I started training once a week, as part of a boot camp group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge Holly put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well!

I started off really unfit couch potato with a lot of excess weight and no motivation what so ever. With Holly’s help I now train twice a week sometimes three.

Holly is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging enough (that I want to swear at her) but really rewarding. She tailors each session to my specific needs and abilities. My fitness has increased and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more exercises and generally push myself harder throughout each session.

Spinning

A high energetic workout, focusing on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery. The perfect 45minute workout for fat loss and body toning. 

Couch to 5k

This course is ideal for those who love to start running, with an emphasis on having fun, socialsing and making steps to being active. Every Monday 5.30pm. Start your running journey. 

Power Hour & Power30

A full body workout which targets strength building, muscular endurance and high intensity aerobics. Every Friday 6.45am & Saturday 9am. Come and join a fun fitness class.
